Capstone Show

"Join Amanda Fairchild, Sarah Nibley, and Emma Frank at their long awaited BFA Capstone Exhibition held at the Phaze 2 Gallery from 4:00-8:00pm In Shepherd University's very own Contemporary Arts Building II. There will be beautiful art and refreshments provided. The works center on the distortion of reality through various means of spanning memory, optical illusions and moments of fantasy in the real world. Relationships between ones perception and mental state are important throughout the works and foster personal refection and exploration of reality. The works range from expressive photography to detailed multimedia, with each series creating a new perspective of thought that provokes new conversation regarding what is truly real to people as individuals and how beliefs on fantasy are ascertained.
